As a Career Management professional, I serve as a career coach and mentor to those in career transition. I have the privilege of working with many talented and successful individuals, providing outplacement services to individual contributors, entry-level managers and senior executives.
I leverage my corporate background as a hiring manager with my passion for social media to coach and mentor people in career transition to achieve their career goals.
In my role as a VP of Consulting Services, it is my responsibility to guide & inspire our candidates; teaching them the most up-to-date job search strategies while instilling in them the confidence to leverage these skills to land in their next career.
As a Certified Birkman Professional, Certified Professional Resume Writer, published LinkedIn author and experienced trainer and public speaker, I facilitate career workshops, career webinars and executive career coaching.

Embrace social media. Have a strong presence on LinkedIn - follow industry experts on Twitter. Don't perpetuate the stereotype that older workers are resistant to change and don't embrace technology.
How do I get over being nervous during interviews?
Don't approach an interview like a test; hoping you'll know the answers. Think of yourself as a consultant being brought in for your expertise to solve their problems. Discuss how you can help them.
What tips can you give me about writing a great resume that will get a hiring manager's attention?
Don't list every job you've ever held and every task you were "Responsible for.." Highlight your accomplishments that show how you can help companies grow revenue, reduce expenses or run more efficiently.
